VOLUNTEER  

WRYR-LP is operated entirely by a volunteer staff, using donated and new equipment, relying on funding contributed by businesses and individuals throughout the communities we serve.  While some of the staff at WRYR-LP has had previous radio broadcast or technical experience, most of our volunteers had never stepped inside a radio station before coming to help us and their community. 

We here at WRYR are always ready to welcome new volunteers who have an interest and the energy to help out at the station, be it on the air or behind the scenes.  If you're interested in volunteering, just download the Volunteer Form.  You can either mail it to us, or email the pertinent information (see the Contact WRYR Page).

WRYR-LP is a non-profit, non-commercial LPFM radio station, supported by its listeners – the Maryland Chesapeake Bay communities of Anne Arundel, Calvert, Queen Anne, Talbot, Dorchester, and Caroline Counties, as well as Maryland’s capital city of Annapolis.  The call letters, WRYR, reflect the station’s motto:  "We aRe Your Radio".
